    the royal crescent hotel
    Hotels in
    Bath
Staying at the Royal Crescent Hotel must be like walking into the pages of an English novel from several centuries ago. When you arrive at The Royal Crescent Hotel, you are amazed by the magnificent architecture which is preserved from the XVIII century. The Royal Crescent is a curious crescent. The hotel has 31 single rooms, 14 suites, an exclusive spa and restaurant. Each room has been decorated, recreating period details such as authentic 18th century carpets, furniture, and an outstanding collection of paintings by masters. The suites are named after historical personalities, such as Ralph Allen, William Beckford, Duke of York, Sir Percy Blakeney, Jane Austen and Sir Thomas Gainsborough.

    the radstock hotel
    Hotels in
    Bath
Planning our visit to Bath we realized that if we wanted to spend the night there it was going to cost a fortune. As we did not want to miss the city or that we would have to sleep nearby, we started looking around hotels. Radstock is about 15 minutes drive from the center of Bath, it is a small town without much to offer tourists except somewhere to rest at the end of the day, but it has the advantage that there is the Radstock Hotel, which meets all the ideas one has in mind about the typical English b & b : a charming owner, pub, carpeting, a tea making facilites in the room ... Personally I left charmed by the experience although we only stayed one night and would have liked to spend some more. The rooms are very spacious, new and modern but still traditional, with a good television. Breakfast is impeccable, prepared by the same lady who makes sure everything is to your liking. Highly recommended.

    brooks guesthouse hotel
    Hotels in
    Bath
Brooks Guesthouse is only a 10-minute walk from the center of the City. It's very nice and all the rooms have in-suite bathrooms. It's apparently not a very sought-after place, but I'm not sure why because it was simple and clean. The breakfast is really good and it's served in the cellar near the kitchen which, again, was as clean and pleasant as could be. The prices are average for the area, but a bit higher than we're accustomed to paying at hostels. Just a few steps from the Royal Crescent.
