It's a pretty old hotel, I was impressed mainly by its facade. It is said that is built on the ruins of a Benedictine monastery. Of course, and how could it not be, they say that there is the ghost of a monk here. Also impressive are the windows of the facade. Well I can tell, the hotel and the place itself is beautiful with lots of history and many legends. It is said that King Arthur and Guinevere are buried in the abbey. There area also many shops and markets for the occult and of course you cannot come here without trying a good pint of beer.
The hotel is located in the heart of Glastonbury, a few steps from the main street, famous for it's interesting attractions. The hotel is situated in the historic center of the city and near the old church of St. John. The hotel has a peaceful location and is within walking distance of the tourist spots. It offers the possibility to practice therapeutic activities such as yoga or tai chi.
