The Viceroy Palafox restaurant belongs to the hotel where we stayed on our anniversary weekend, ie the Viceroy Palafox Hotel II, but not in their facilities or structure, but you have to walk about 300-200 meters next to the University of Santa Catalina. Soria is most important in its province. This place is as good Castilian-Leonese as it gets and it deserves to be among the most significant restaurants of all Castile and Leon, for their good service and food .YOu have to try the top-winning Madrid Fusion 2009 known as bread smeared with egg cooked at low temperature, Soria and torreznitos truffle or any of its meat. Distinguished with a star in the Michelin Guide, it is known as the "Cathedral of the Good Eating" and is famous for organizing every year since 1974 RitoGastronómicas Days of Slaughter during the months of January, February and March of each year . The restaurant hours are: Tuesday to Saturday from 13.30 hours to 16.00 hours and from 21.00 hours to 23.00 hours, while on Sundays from 13.30 hours to 16.00 hours, with closed Sunday night and Monday.
This wonderful posada (inn) functions out of an old recycled mansion in the town of Molinos de Duero. It has 15 rooms decorated differently, with immensely charming lounges, a library and a garden to enjoy.
Given the charm and care towards their guests, the hotel has been chosen to be part of the select Royal Posadas of Castile y León.
Inside the inn operates El Quinto Sabor (The Fifth Taste), an inescapable restaurant that serves renovated Castilian dishes, with a sophisticated touch.
I really loved this little hotel, which is situated within the walls of the Spanish town of El Burgo de Osma. It is located very close to one of the towering gateways under medieval arcades, the hotel occupies one of the old houses of the canons of the Cathedral. The inn maintains the same style of the building constructed in the mid-seventeenth century, and has 11 rooms decorated differently, with high ceilings, dim lights, wood floors and furniture and antique ornaments. The inn is really good value ...
I stayed there with my partner and we loved it. It is located in the heart of the city. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and cozy, with everything you need. I 100% recomment it.

When we visited Burgo de Osma, we stayed at the Hostal Mayor 71, which is situated within the historical part of this town of Soria. It is very near the Episcopal Palace and Cathedral. The rooms are quite spacious and well equipped.
