You'll begin this full-day experience with a walking tour of Madrid de los Austrias, the regal historic center built during the reign of the Hapsburg kings. During the tour, you'll visit historic churches, courtyards and monuments from the era and delve into the personal histories of monarchs like Philip II of Spain or Charles V, Holy Roman Emperor.

Next, you'll enjoy a private tour of the crown jewel of Old Madrid: the Royal Palace. You’ll visit the palace's opulent salons and galleries and admire their priceless artworks, and get exclusive access to areas of the palace which most visitors never get to see.

After a morning immersing yourself in Royal Madrid, you'll head to the foothills of the Sierra de Guadarrama Mountains to visit El Escorial, the spectacular World Heritage Site monastery that houses the Royal Pantheon.
