Before arriving in Segovia, you'll pay a visit to a local farm estate where you'll enjoy a hearty breakfast of eggs, Iberico ham, chorizo, farm-fresh tomatoes and delicious local wines.

After breakfast, you'll tour the estate on a 4x4 vehicle to discover what life is like on a traditional Spanish farm. During the tour, you'll be able to see how crops are raised using traditional methods passed down through the generations and the care that goes into raising prized species like Spanish fighting bulls, pure-blood Iberian horses and European bison.

Next, you'll set out to visit Segovia, a city whose Old Town was declared a World Heritage Site for rich history spanning over 2,000 years. You'll embark on a walking tour of the city beginning with the iconic Roman Aqueduct of Segovia, one of the best-preserved Roman aqueducts in the world and a marvel of ancient engineering.

Moving on, you'll tour the interior of the Cathedral of Segovia to admire its Gothic architecture and beautiful stained glass windows before heading to the famous Alcázar of Segovia, a stunning hilltop fortress which served as inspiration for Disney's Cinderella Castle. As you visit the interior of this 15th-century castle, you'll be able to admire its beautiful collection of tapestries and medieval weaponry and visit the throne room where two of Spain's most famous rulers, Ferdinand II and Isabella of Castile, were crowned.
