In order to design the perfect shopping experience, your personal shopper will send you a questionnaire about your measurements, preferred brands and budget. The personal shopper will also ask you about your shopping goals - are you looking for a smart wardrobe for a new job, stylish casual clothes for the weekend, stunning formal wear for a special occasion or simply a new look? With this information, your personal shopper will pre-select the best shops and designers in Madrid that perfectly suit your needs.

On the day of your shopping experience, you'll meet your personal shopper for a coffee to get to know each other better and go over the plan of the day. Then, you'll be taken to establishments hand-picked by your personal shopper. To make the most out of your special day, your personal shopper and image consultant will have previously selected a variety of garments and outfits adapted to your tastes and necessities, though you will also be able to peruse the rest of the shops' collections.

During the shopping experience, you'll also be given VIP treatment by the shops’ managers and staff and, depending on the establishment, may be offered exclusive discounts arranged by your personal shopper.

During the experience, your personal shopper will also advise you on the trends for the current and upcoming seasons, which styles, fabrics and textures work best for your body type and tips for combinations that work for any season or occasion.

Whether you're interested in visiting top international shops, luxury brands or local boutiques, you'll visit only the shops that suit you best. What's more, your personal shopper will create a pressure-free experience with no expectations to buy anything that you aren't completely in love with.

Transportation

With this experience, you have the option of including round-trip transfers in a private luxury vehicle with a professional driver. For groups of 2 people or less, the vehicle will be a Mercedes-Benz E-Class; for groups of 3 to 5 people, the vehicle will be a Mercedes-Benz Class V. If you do not wish to include private transportation, the supplier will contact you prior to the tour to establish a meeting point. In this case, the tour itinerary will be done by taxi at the expense of the client.
