Junto Al Templo de Ananda Restaurant

There is a small outdoor restaurant next to Ananda Temple in Old Bagan. We asked our driver-guide to take us to eat at a local joint. There were definitely locals here. The way this restaurant works is they serve several vegetarian dishes for no charge. The meat or fish dishes are the ones with a price. In fact, every piece we ate, for example, each piece of chicken, had a price. There is water or tea included. The meal came to about 4,000 kyat (about $ 4).
