Bars in Tijuana
Tijuana Brewery
(6)
TheTijuana brewery , which is very European in style, is one of the city's attractions. A wooden tavern where you can cool off with 5 beers for just 33 pesos (just over € 1.5) The service was very good and the staff were very friendly! It also offers a tour of the back to show how they prepare their beer. It is a very peaceful place to spend some time away from the harassment of the city's traders.
Bars in Mérida
La Hatch
(6)
The Hatch is a bar inside the Hotel Fiesta Americana. Usually a band gives the place atmosphere, and they take requests. I love the personal service and comfortable facilities. It is definitely a place to go with friends looking for a private atmosphere.

Bars in Playa del Carmen
La Bodeguita del Medio Bar
(5)
Being in Playa, we wanted to get away for a few moments from so much Mexican reality (it is not that it bothered me or anything, but we wanted to be somewhere else without travelling) and so we went to La Bodeguita del Medio, to enjoy some good mojitos along with Cecilia. I bought a very nice shirt (my friends think otherwise) and something that caught my attention was that there was one bar after another selling mojitos, all very tasty and beautiful. A nice memory I have is watching a Mexican football game in a Cuban bar, next to Mexicans. Crazy right? A bad note about the place? The person in charge had some of worst vibes I had seen in my life. It's just my personal opinion, no big deal really, but it's good to know if you go there.

Bar Rio de la Plata
(1)
This is a typical city car with large numbers of young people(and not so young), where the beer is cheap and there are free snacks. It's a small place, but it has 2 different levels. You can find live music courtesy of the musicians, from northern styles, boleros, rancheras to troubadours. It is an excellent place to live and meet people. I like the economical products and service, though, you have to know which hours and days to visit as you can find it completely full. It is a typical place within the historic center of Mexico City.
Bars in Puebla de Zaragoza
Container City
(5)
Container City is the best place to spend the night, with several well connected bars and restaurants where you can spend an evening in August.

It’s a nice place for drink a good beer and spend a relaxing time.
Bars in Playa del Carmen
Mosquito Beach Bar
It has an excellent location right on the beach and next to 5th Avenue. You can eat in a casual atmosphere or a drink in a hammock while enjoying the beach. The restaurant is good with Mediterranean cuisine and seafood. All of this is alongside some music. It is usually full as it is well known, and the same goes for the bar/restaurant in the hotel Mosquito

Las Rocas Bar
(2)
One of my favorite places in the Grand Palladium Riviera Maya Resort is the bar Las Rocas. It offers tranquility by the sea as you watch the waves crash on the rocks or how they fill the salt water pools. Las Rocas is the bar furthest away from the resort as it is right on the tip of the complex. To get to this bar you have to walk from the restaurant Punta Emilia, where the train leaves you, to reach it. The peculiarity of this bar that is so far away and always so crowded, is that it is located next to the only salt water pool and is surrounded by Balinese beds and hammocks which made it even more enjoyable . Many guests often don´t have the time to visit it, since it is on the other side of the complex, but it is well worth the time to do so.
Bars in Tampico
The Cave Bar
(2)
The cavern is a place to go to have fun with your friends. If you want to listen to music this is the best place in Tampico. A good drink and a good meal in a good atmosphere. Do not forget to visit Tampico and of course the cavern.
Bars in Xalapa
The Submarine Cafentina
(6)
Right now I fancy a sweet bull on the rocks to soothe the throat and the desire I had for the self named coffee makers that I met this year in Xalapa, the submarine. This is a strange bar ... We took pictures of the exterior walls because of it's appearance and it's fun "policies" (Strictly prohibited the entry of minors, politicians, bureaucrats or corrupt public servants; free bar for the mayor, the governor, the sub and peje). The best part is at the bar if it's a rainy afternoon or you to take shelter or it's late at night in the darkness of the table area where light hardly reaches to see the brightness of the glass.
Bars in Playa del Carmen
Secret Bar
(1)
Because of the location of our block in the Grand Palladium resort, we really got to know the Bar Secret, as it just half a minute from our room. Bar Secret is right next to one of the few pools for adults only (over 18s) in the Grand Palladium resort, but the best thing about both the bar and the pool is their schedule as they are both open from 10 am to midnight. In my opinion it is a marvel to have something open so late because in my other rooms in the Caribbean (in Punta Cana, and Jamaica, as in other resorts on the Riviera Maya) we always had to leave the pool at 18.00 hours or at the latest at 20.00 hours and could never swim at night sipping something from the bar.

Riviera Bar
(1)
We had a good time last year at the Grand Palladium Riviera Maya resort. Our favorite bar was the Bar Riviera which as its name was right at the Grand Palladium Riviera Resort & Spa. In my opinion the reception and the lobby of the Riviera is the most best of the complex's five 5. It has a kind of totem which takes up the centre of the lobby. As there were ten of us we became fast friends with the bartenders. I don't know if it's because of the bartenders themselves or if it's because we were having a great time. We had 3 waiters (I do not know if they'll still be there), but we got on best with Freddy who was very friendly and thanks to him we tried the most original shots, such as: the flag of Mexico, with its 3 colors: green, red and white, another with 6 colors, the flag of Jamaica, etc ... Also we do not know if it's because we were Spanish but we always got some sort of tapa with a drink hahaha but also based on peanuts. I almost forgot, this bar opens for early risers and continental breakfast is served from 05.00 to 07.00 am.
