Ecotourism reaches its zenith in this unique and unforgettable place - this huge blue pool. The Blavet river creates an immense artificial pool, around which life has developed. Dozens of different types of birds nest in this unique lake. In turn, the trails that have been built along its periphery help visitors to learn more about the interior Breton landscape. A bike ride, tandem bike ride, or walking is the best way to explore this wonderful place. This ancient submerged slate valley seems like the epicenter of animal life and unique flora. It's an impressive 400 acres of pure life.
The perfect place for a relatively short walk! We wandered around the lake and admired the flora. It's not the most important place to see, and doesn't need to be on your itinerary, but it's certainly very nice. Allow yourself about 30 minutes. Near the campus of Beaulieu, IUT stop lines 16, 30, 40, and 41.
