A great collection of art
Near the statue of Alice in Wonderland in a street perpendicular to 5th avenue, the American Illustrator Gallery is housed in a very old house that has been beautifully decorated. Here you can find, as the name suggests, a great collection of illustrations by American artists. The entrance is a little hard to find, and it's not always open, but when it is, it's definitely worth a visit.
