    Best place to stay near Monument Valley

    The Anasazi Inn is a Navajo-run roadside motel bout 10 miles from Kayenta. It is the best choice if you plan to visit Monumet Valley in Utah and do not want to spend more than $100.00 per night (as you will in any of the hotels in Kayenta).

    The rooms with AC, bathroom, refrigerator and coffeemaker. It's certainly not a luxury hotel, not even close, but the value for the money is good. The views of the small canyon and river are a nice thing to wake up to. The restaurant has a somewhat limited menu, mostly Navajo dishes, but the breakfast was delicious.
