"Blue light" is the work of the artist Geir Stormoen. It is situated in the town of Hamar, near the port, on the shores of Lake Mjosa. Geir Stormoen is a painter and sculptor who has dedicated his life to expressing his thoughts through different elements such as stone, granite or metal. He has exhibited extensively and won numerous awards. His reputation has led him to collaborate on numerous projects for public and private airports, government buildings, etc..
