Expensive but good
If you want a good cut of grilled meat while you're in this land of fish and seafood, then get yourself to Boi Petro Grill. This restaurant offers a beautiful view of Meireles Beach, in front of the craft fair on the maritime promenade. Here you'll find the best meat in Fortaleza. It's admittedly one of the most expensive restaurants around, but there's some fantastic food, and a varied buffet: salads, fish, shrimp, steak, sushi and hot dishes. The last time I was there, the "rodizio" cost R $ 60.00 per person (January 2012).
