Scientific Expedition
In January 2010, I participated in a scientific expedition aboard the BIO Hesperides that developed in the South Shetland Islands (Antarctica). On one of the days aboard the ship, as we crossed the Strait of Brandsfield, we saw a number of huge icebergs that left us all with our mouths wide open. One of the icebergs had a "window" about 30 meter large that was truly spectacular. Also, in the lower zone there was even a large colony of chinstrap penguins. Quite a sight.
