Cambodian Soup Restaurant

When I got to Cambodia, I didn't expect to find much more than the Angkor Wat temples, and I was greatly surprised by the country. I loved the people, the culture, and of course, the delicious cuisine. Some of the dishes here, particularly the fish stew, are among the best I've ever tried, anywhere in the world. I was staying in Hotel Siem Reap, close to this place where Cambodian cooking classes were available. It's pretty easy to find, on the main street of Siem Reap - Pub Street. The course costs about $10. You learn which ingredients to buy, and then you are taught to prepare three dishes. Best of all, you get to eat what you've made, and you receive a souvenir t-shirt.
