    Economical and Cozy Hotel in Sarlat

    Excellent

    The beautiful town of Sarlat is an ideal place to use a home base in order to discover the French region of Perigord. This town has a wide range of hotels, but I recommend the small guest house, La Clef des Songes. It's very economical with friendly service and welcoming staff. It is a small hotel located just a two minute walk from the old town of Sarlat, with only three rooms. Its owner, Gabrielle, is a lovely woman who will do everything possible to make your stay more comfortable: maps, recommendations for places to visit, restaurants ... I didn't even need to set foot in the tourist office! Breakfast is included in the price (55 euros) It was delicious with homemade jam and delicious French pastries and bread.
