There are two rooms where red Tilapia is produced 365 days a year as a food service with Creole cuisine, a chapel for religious events, and contact with the rural communities of Southern Lempira. It's a suitable site for medical brigades, spiritual retreats and all sorts of training in a completely natural environment.
