Coastal Inn Dartmouth

What a horrible experience staying at this place, was nothing but respectful with the man working tonight and he treated me like I was a little kid talking down to me when all I was trying to do was switch my room to get a hot shower as my room had only cold water...

I simply asked to switch rooms and he went on to swear and yell at me and that the hot water would be back in the morning. I proceeded to try and make sense of this and recorded our whole interaction to show his manager in the morning. Extremely incompetent man when all I was trying to do was get what I paid my money to receive, I do not understand why I was treated with such disrespect and I will not be returning to this hotel ever again due to the insulting behaviour of their employees I would rate this place a zero if they let me just because of the guy that was working at the counter tonight.
