1 review of Cordbatt Cottage

A neat house

This is not the Smurf's house, but a very special cottage. While I was on Rye Drive, I noticed that I could not help but see this architecture more closely. Of "Gingerbread" style, this little cottage is situated in a village which was formed in the 13th century when the inhabitants of Rye quarreled with the owners of a French monastery. Unfortunately no one was there but a sign says you can buy eggs. An opportunity, perhaps, to discuss with the owners of this special building.
