Coffee shop on High Street
Costa Coffee is a small coffee shop on Canterbury's famous High Street at the corner of Guildhall Street, just steps from the city's incredible cathedral. There is a nice little terrace for having a drink in the sun (when it's actually out!). It's right on the main street so it's a nice place to people watch over a coffee as well. They also offer quick lunches at noon, with a main course + drink for 4.95 pounds.
