Manali was on holiday
The city of Manali was on holiday, which is normal in the summer in the mountains. It held a regional music festival throughout the week. There were decorated streets and stages, but from time to time, giving you a ride you could see many dance groups of "folk", who like the old way, it marked a dance upon arriving in the city by way of greeting everyone. They caught me in the middle of my breakfast... very early in the morning!
