Darnley Coffee House

Known as the city that houses the National William Wallace Monument, Stirling is a village that is worth a visit, definitely to visit his castle. For lunch I recommend this little cafe that has something, which I don´t know, that makes it special: it is like stepping into that ancient and refined England we sometimes see in movies. The menu was fantastic after a week of burgers and "fish and chips". I say you should try the lentils and cumin soup... It was like eating a slice of heaven!
