BEST red velvet pancakes ever!
Maybe I haven’t lived long enough yet, but I’m convinced that Griddle Cafe has the BEST red velvet pancakes in the world. (So far, anyway.) They’re soft and flavorful, and aesthetically pleasing. The Chicago scrambled eggs are another one of my favorites, but there are so many more options on the menu to try! Lines here tend to be long, even if you get there first thing in the morning, but it’s a popular local restaurant for good reason: the food is bomb. So it’s a good idea to either get there earlier than normal or be prepared to wait for awhile.
