Prestigious Harvard

Most university teachers from around the world know that Harvard is the oldest and most prestigious university in the United States. It was founded in 1636 in order to train ministers and with the passing of time has acquired its current features and prestige. It was named after John Harvard, an English priest whose bronze statue stands in the park to this day. Walking through, although only on a quick tour, allowed us to see the main building's characteristics, such as its bricks of different shades. Although we had seen photographs of green trees, leafy bushes and splendid Chinese roses, the prevailing cold that April had mostly stripped away this beauty but it could still be glimpsed in some corners and lawn spaces that are kept green.

Harvard University

Take a free public tour around one of the world's most prestigious universities if you are around the area. I took my own free time to explore around the campus and to get a feel of being on the campus itself. It's a pretty good experience to hang around the some of the yard areas and chill out. Visit their information center for more details. The tours also start from there, so it's a good place to visit first.

I lived in Cambridge for a month with an ex-student. We visited the statue of John Harvard, where all of the students go when they finally pass their exams. It was great
