Hemingway's Cafe can be found in the Silver Puertyo Hotel complex a that's just a few meters away from the fabulous golden beach hotel celuisma. There are two really well-defined rooms during the day is a place for lunch or a drink with complete relaxation and tranquility. But at night the temperature rises and a normal dinner fueled by a live orchestra with lilting meringues invites you to relax and surrender to the fun until dawn. I recommend its traditional ribs, about 20 USD for a generous portion, and a refreshing Dominican beer.
