Kristiansand Zoo

This is a Norwegian site where you can spend a good day with the whole family. Kristiansand is the Dyrepark a Zoo/Amusement park located very near Kristiansand, in south of the country. You will have the opportunity to see animals such as the tiger, red panda, lynx, giraffes, lemurs - a really extensive and varied habitat. It is curious to see in Norway, a cold country but suddenly there it is, right before your eyes, a piece of baobab in the midst of what looks like an African savannah! It is strange. Usually I'm not very keen on zoos because you usually see animals crammed into small cages and totally depressed, but this is not the case here.
