Lala
One of the most emblematic buildings
This is one of the most emblematic buildings of Getxo promenade. Built in 1920 for the maritime Red Cross it had to accommodate stays castaways. Its architecture resembles a Basque farmhouse, but with the particularity that its resting on pillars with arches leading into the sand and sea water. It has a lighthouse on the top. Now it is the headquarters of the Public Company "Puerto Deportivo El Abra - Getxo Kirol Portua".
