La Vaca Veronica Restaurant

La Vaca Verónica is a restaurant with Argentinian touches, in the neighborhood of Huertas. It is a small and really warm place,, great for dining as a couple or with a group of friends. The menu is very short, and this is, in my opinion, the most charming element: one goes there to have the spectacular Filet Verónica, one of the most powerful pieces of meat one can taste in Madrid. Then you have some salads, pasta dishes or other Argentinian meat, but nothing surpasses the Filet Verónica. If anything, maybe the chocolate cake (white or dark, as you wish) with raspberries for dessert.

And the best part is that you can have dinner for just a little more than 20€ per person.
