Lti Tropicana Grand Azure hotel

The physical side of this hotel is good, with beautiful, well-maintained gardens and large swimming pools, several bars, and an amphitheatre for nightly shows. But to be a 5* hotel, facilities aren't enough; the service must also impress, and sadly our group of seven didn't find that. The employees were grumpy and unwilling to help. The bars, swimming pools, water slides etc, seem to change their opening hours day by day. The pools weren't very clean, with cups, napkins etc everywhere, and the floor of the bars is sticky from drinks. Regarding the food, it is designed for the Russians and Arabs who make up the majority of the clientele, but it's not the best quality, and it's very repetitive.
