Maretta Apartments

This is an island where about 150 live during the whole year. The beaches are paradise, white sand and calm waters. In the summer this village has everything you need, like a doctor, post office, pharmacy, theater, and a store where you can find everything. If you can't find something there, they'll have it brought in to you from Naxos. There are 3 or 4 pubs, all of which are good quality and have good prices. If you're looking to just relax, this is the place for you. To get there with Bluestar Ferries from Piraeus you can do so on Tuesdays and Thursdays (I think). The trip is about 8 hours and when you see the sunset from the ferry it's typical for people to applaud.
