MingJia Hotel

The Hotel MingJia is located at street level just above the main railway station TianJin, in one of the side streets leading from the square. It is possibly one of the first hotels you will see as leave the station (depending on the exit). As can imagine, the situation is good. It is a fairly new hotel, and it was built a year ago after remodeling TianJin Station planned because of the Olympics. The rooms are spacious, clean and well air-conditioned and have flat rate LAN internet access included in the room rate. The only bad thing about the room is that the shower tray is not independent from the rest of the bathroom ( in typical Chinese style) and the bathroom walls are translucent glass which makes it less private.
