Monte Grande

Located in the most beautiful area of ​​the Elqui valley, just over 30 km from Vicuña (the largest city in the valley), is famous because here was born the poet and Nobel Prize for Literature in 1945, Gabriela Mistral, being able to visit his home, the school where he studied and his grave. Moreover, only the church with its square and visit a warehouse of pisco (Chilean traditional drink), deserve the attention of tourists visiting this beautiful valley.
