Moulin de Bugy-gîtes Rural Cottage

This is one of the worst places I've experienced in 20 years of travel. The house was very dirty with 3 broken beds, TV and Wifi that was not working, a broken handrail and only 2 toilets (they said that there were 4 but there were only 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets for 20 people). The manager is rude and unfriendly, the house is poorly built (prefabricated walls, terribly hot) with shabby furniture (dining tables are tables on trestles). There is not a single ceiling lamp in the bedroom (the room lights are table lamps, half of them broken or without bulbs). A small road lies about 2 feet from the door (it is the road to the bed and breakfast) and there are loose dogs on the property (one came in the house through a bedroom window).
