The Museo Della Preistoria Della Tuscia e Della Rocca Farnese (Museum of the Prehistory of Tuscia and of the Rocca Farnese), is in the city of Viterbo. The museum is at the top of the country, in the restored Rocca Farnese monument in the heart of the city. It is divided into 2 main sections: the prehistoric and medieval then the renaissance and modern. The first section presents the Alto Lazio (Tuscia) artifacts which date back to a period between the Lower Palaeolithic and the Iron Age.
