New Tri Star hotel

Tri Star Hotel Arugam Bay is located in the middle of this beautiful beach. It is a modern hotel, the rooms aren't cabins. I think it's the only hotel in Arugam Bay that has a pool. There is also a jacuzzi and air-conditioning. There is a restaurant and a conference center plus a movie theater, well, it looks like a western hotel. It takes at least 6 hours to get to Arugam, in order to be in a cabin, not a concrete block. There are restrictions because the owners are Muslim; Halal food, no alcohol allowed. Because they offer more luxury than anything else, it's a popular place with local volunteers
