There is a nice cozy enjoyable cafe which is called No.65 Yard Café. It is located in downtown Tehran near Ferdowsi Square.

Once you enter the place you'll definitely love the area, the nice garden in the yard. The great spectacular scenary of the courtyard from balcony, nice bookcases that you can read during drinking your coffee.

And the menu is fantabulous!
