Port of la Libertad

The port of La Libertad is one of the most visited tourist sites in El Salvador and is barely 32 km from the capital and the journey by car is half an hour to decent speed. There is also a good bus service, Route 102 that can be taken in different parts of downtown San Salvador, but it is a journey of about an hour and a quarter to half an hour.
