Propilée

The Propilée is the first temple that is located at the entrance to the Acropolis in Athens. It is the same entry through which the Greeks of antiquity came. Unfortunately, it has been under renovation for several years. It is forbidden to touch the beautiful marble columns. The Propilée was built between 432 and 437. There is a central hall with two wings on each side, and majestic colonnades that surround them. We believe we are in a small Parthenon, even some wonder if this, then we went and found the other even more perfect and beautiful. The Propilée remained intact until the thirteenth century, in which extensions were added.
