St George's Bay

St. George Bay is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. The turquoise water with the hill's surrounding lush greenery, on which the city (capital of the island) sits, is a lovely contrast. In this secluded bay there is the harbour (known as Carenage) with its new cruise terminal (Melville Cruise Terminal) and two protective Vauvan forts, Fort George and Fort Frederik.
