Bizarre works of art

Walking through the lovely city of Christchurch, the largest settlement on New Zealand's South Island, you will find some quite bizarre works of art, located in the most unexpected places. The statue of the painter, near the museum, is one of them. He has a beret on his head, and the face of a true artist, and he holds a brush, but the canvas in front of him is completely blank. This statue is located in the city centre, and is often stumbled upon accidentally by travelers.
