Streets of Villanova Monteleone

1 review of Streets of Villanova Monteleone

Beautiful Sardinian village

The village of Villanova Monteleone is southwest of Alghero (Sardinia), less than an hours drive away. Villanova itself has less than three thousand inhabitants and is a typical Sardinian village. Villanova's streets are lined with buildings painted in different colours, built in a typical Sardinian style. Some areas of town are somewhat neglected by the authorities, which we noticed in most of the towns we visited on the island.
