Ta Van Village

The accommodation here is in a local family home. We were greeted in a friendly manner, and slept on the floor under a mosquito net. We had a rudimentary shower at our disposal, which was very useful. The temperature in the north at this time of year is about 13 to 15, and we had rain. The food was prepared by the whole family. We ate salads with delicious vegetables, and lovely fruits accompanied by the inevitable green tea or the delicious local beer. Breakfast consisted of coffee and pancakes.
