Taikang Road

Taikang Road is one of my favorite streets in Shanghai and I recommend that you visit it if you pass through this Chinese city. It is a small street in the area known to expats as the French Concession, in the center-south of the city, between Rujin and Sinan streets. To access it you have to pass through one of the alleys that connects it with the rest of the area. It's filled with art galleries, shops, cafes and restaurants, a little bit reminiscent of the narrow streets of European cities like Brussels and Amsterdam.
