A pioneer and a teacher

The town of Blue in the Province of Buenos Aires in Argentina, is one of the most graceful in quantity and quality for original works of Francisco Salamone, the architect of "liquid stone", as it was customary to call concrete in its infancy . The Portal of the Domingo Faustino Sarmiento Municipal Park is composed of a mast flanked by two tall, thin towers that exude Salamone's style that can be seen in so many of his accomplishments. It is noteworthy that at the time (30s) people were learning how to use fresh concrete so Salamone was also a pioneer and a teacher in its handling, especially when you had to work at height as in this case.
