Village with black mud and healing properties
On my climb to the Caramulo mountains, I went through the concello Tondela, 19 km from the mountain. This village is between the mountains and the Caramulo Besteiros Valley, with big area of forest, rivers and beaches. In this lovely natural scenery you can see the heritage of the village and its famous food and regional wines of the Dao, which are among the most significant in quality and diversity, along with the wines of Alentejo.
