Small and beautiful
Tripura Yogashram at the entrance of Haridwar, is a small and beautiful ashram with a private stairway overlooking a quiet area close the Ganges. We attended a yoga course, but we could talk at length about the management team, who were very friendly. Linked to the Anand Prakash Ashram Yoga Rishikesh, and is also involved in social action.
