Turkish Hammanes

No guide tells us that the city of Selçuk is surrounded by beautiful ruins of hammanes XIV century! How is it possible? Perhaps the reason is that, while the city so full of interesting things to see and do, these ruins become "secondary" in our visit. Personally, although its not in the best condition and cannot be accessed, it was one of the things I liked the most about the city. For its natural state, so well integrated with the environment, the fields and people passing by, check it out and then continue with their daily chores. In hammanes Selçuk you clearly see how Turkey coexists with its past and its history.
