1 review of The Clovenfords Country Inn

A national nature reserve

When we think of Scotland, we tend to think of the Highlands. But half of Scotland is actually south of Edinburgh, known as the "lowlands or "Borders". Here Scottish clans once fought against the invading English, and there are many battlefields, but the area is now primarily a national nature reserve with beautiful grassy hills stretching across the horizon.
