Arranged over two floors, overlooking the Terazjie square, this place is delicious for both an aperitif and for breakfast, when I went and enjoyed a pancake with jam, and hot tea. The decor is like a library, with shelves full of books available to customers, and makes you feel at home. A great place to relax, even during the day!
