The cultural center is this bar-restaurant, completely hidden in the shadows of an alley almost going unnoticed, with some salsa music loud enough to draw us in. At the bottom of a dark, cool room, there are some people always sitting at the wooden tables in front of a beer. And in the small dining room, tablecloths with red dots on white, under the watchful eye of former Colombian singers who had their heyday in Cali, you can eat some traditional and cheap dishes. A place of choice and could not be more picturesque, fully recommended to enjoy the Colombian food, and spend an enjoyable evening
